DrivePay provides payment infrastructure for fuel card companies to facilitate instant driver payouts to trucking companies and their drivers. The Service includes API access, payment processing, and related features.

Your customers (trucking companies) must fund their accounts before making payments. You are not responsible for funding driver payouts—only for maintaining your revenue share.
All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by the payment provider.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our API. In the event of extended downtime, we will provide service credits as outlined in our SLA addendum (available upon request).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIVEPAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
